Spinach Recipe Experiment!

Are you familiar with the so-called Spinach? How often do you buy a pack of spinach but can't use it all because its too much? Well, theres a solution to that! Most of the time when I buy a pack of spinach, I only used it in one meal and put something left in the bin or just goes out of date.

Yesterday, I cooked "Ginisang Mais with Spinach leaves ( Alternative for Ampalaya leaves)."And because my spinach is too much, I had lots left. I've experimented recipe for it and here it is!

The picture you see in this post was the actual recipe I made out of the spinach. What you need to do is make a mix of flour, egg, black pepper, salt and msg (optional). Get the spinach leaves, coat it with the mixture and fry. Prepare a mixture of chopped onion, chilli and vinegar. You now have a crispy spinach snack! This is so yummy! I bet you will like it guys. You can also check the full procedure HERE.

Everything in the market rises today. Gasoline, food, meat, vegetables, etc. I can't even shop for nice clothes and shoes. I really need to set aside my luxuries and pay attention for necessity. Budget, budget, budget!

This week is a very tough week for me and my husband. We have a very minimal to budget for the week. And speaking of budget, I'll share you a very cheap recipe that will help you get through the day. This recipe was taught by my "nanay" way back in the province.

Here you go! All you need is a can of sardines, garlic, onion, egg, ground pepper, oil and spring onion to garnish. It was so easy! Just separate the sauce from sardines and mix all the ingredients all together. Then bingo! Its ready to cook. This meal can feed 4-5 person. Do you want to know the step by step procedure? Believe me it was really yummy! Ready? Click it HERE!

Snack Trip!

When mam ( mother-in-law) returned back to Wirral, this house became boring. Lol! I mean everytime I came back from work or I have day-off, Mam and I just cook, bake, watch movies or doing some beauty trips (pedicure, manicure and facial).

I have no choice but to kill this boredome! I'm back to blogging, watching TFC or just cooking trip.

This picture here was one of my experiment recipe today. I'll call this shrimp balls. I don't use plain shrimp but put vegetables in it too like carrots, bell pepper, ground pepper and parsley. Hmmmm... Wanna try this recipe? Check it HERE.
