Chicken/Sausage Noodle Soup Recipe

Who would tell that i'll be a good cook since moving here in UK? Haha.. Jamie left me the other day to meet his friend in Holyhead and told me that he will be back at 4:45 PM in the afternoon. He was asking me to make him a chicken/sausage noodle soup which is commonly known in the Philippines as the famous " Sopas". Who will forget about this meal? When its never absent during occassions like birthdays, etc? I really don't know how to cook this until I asked my mother to teach me how. She taught me how to saute the vegetables using margarine and used coconut milk instead of using the evaporated milk that can be bought in the nearest sari-sari store. But here in UK I have to use butter than using margarine. Heres my own recipe of Chicken/Sausage Noodle Soup.
Ingredients:
1 Red/Yellow Bell Pepper cut into strips
1 cup boiled chicken
1 Medium size Onion minced
3/4 cup Chicken Meat boiled
1 pc. medium sausage chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, mashed
4 cups Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/4 kls Macaroni Noodles
1 Hard Boiled Egg
1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
1 medium carrot, sliced thin on the diagonal
1/4 head cabbage, cut in thin strips
1/4 cup green beans sliced thin on the diagonal
3 green onion, sliced thinly on the diagonal
4 tsp of butter
1 cup evap milk

METHOD:
Start by boiling the chicken in about 1 c. salted water until its tender. Take the chicken out of the cooking liquid then sliced bite size.

Saute your garlic and onion in butter, then add the chicken and sausage. Cook well, and add vegetables pepper, salt and msg till its half cooked.
Remove the vegetables and put it in a bowl. Leave some chicken pieces and add broth, boil and add noodles and milk and continue cooking till the noodles are done.
When they are ready, add your vegetables and serve it while its hot with green onion and 3 slices of boiled egg on top.
Bingo! Your Chicken/Sausage Noodle Soup is done. Try this guys!
