Free Pinoy Channel
We've chatted hours while Jamie and Dad are having an afternoon nap. I asked her what's keeping her busy and what was her hobbies there. Of course she had a son to take care and some part time work but what I mean is does she have TFC ( The Filipino Channel) to watch to? She said she dont have any cable subscription or whatever. She's just visiting this site called PINOY CHANNEL ( if you're interested click this site) and she can freely watch all the Philippine shows whether its on GMA7 or ABS-CBN. Good isn't it? and its completely FREE! All you need is just internet and you can browse and watch all the programs you want to watch (including every episodes of the program). Its more like Youtube and Veoh but the difference is that this site uploads more Pinoy Program.Try it and you will see what I mean. I just tried watching some of the programs and its working properly to mine. Highly recommended for all my homesick kababayan! Thanks for taking care of the Filipinos abroad and also to those uploaders who patiently uploads programs that entertains us across the sea. Cheers!

BUNCH of Love
Bunch is a male midget dog. He has been with Raganit family since 2001. He was four months old when Ate Brenda bought him. Bunch is his real name but most of the time they call him "Banseng" ( thats probably the tagalog name of Bunch). He has big round eyes and flat nose that they always describes as impakto like. But he's not of course. They just look like that but there are more characteristics and attitudes that you will like about him. Let me highlight other things about Bunch. Well, Bunch favorite foods are egg, leche flan, ice cream and pancit. He also loves eating chicken ( Sosy!). And to balance his diet, Bunch eats lots of veggies and fruits. Potatoes, Apple and Banana is in top of the line.

The Wheel of Misfortune
It begins for some when they are still young. It overtakes others later in life. It is more than just having an irresistible itch to gamble. Those who are affected vary considerably both in their personalities and in their positions in life. Their experiences of gambling and of its results in their lives have much in common but in detail there are considerable differences.
The onset of compulsive gambling may be prompted by circumstances. The beginning for some is an introduction to gambling which they recognise immediately as an inviting world. They enjoy the excitement and the whole atmosphere. Others win when first they gamble, and become convinced that they are lucky gamblers, a conviction which prompts irrational action. Others cannot endure being under pressure for money. The move from ordinary to compulsive gambling for these may start when they get married, when a child is born, or when for some other reason their responsibilities, domestic, financial or otherwise, are suddenly increased so that they are not sure how to handle them. They are faced with bills and not enough money to meet them. This is a common human experience but the compulsive gambler feels that the only answer is to gamble and try to win enough to pay them all at once.
If you must have the action and, win or lose, cannot leave it, then, because the odds are against you, you must lose till it hurts. This leads some, mistakenly I think, to say that compulsive gamblers are masochists. It is certainly a humiliating experience. It makes compulsive gamblers swear that they will never gamble again. They do though because their dream world capacity obliterates bad memories.
This dream world enables a compulsive gambler, on his way to the action with money in his hand, to know without any peradventure, that today he will advance, win after win, to that glorious consummation of the ultimate win which will cut down to size the man who broke the bank of Monte Carlo." Read More Here...
Gambling involves tragic waste. Material things are to be used for the glory of God, not squandered away in gambling (Lk. 16: 9, Eph. 4: 28). John Gates, once a multi-millionaire, advised: "Do not gamble, do not bet on cards, do not bet on horse races, do not throw dice." Gates played bridge for $1,000.00 a point and matched pennies for $1,000.00 a turn. He lost all he had and died broke in 1911. A sign advertising a business close to my house reads, "Win 25 percent of the time." Of course, that means you lose 75 percent of the time!
Gambling involves covetousness. Epithumeo, one verb translated covetousness in the New Testament, is a compound word consisting of epi, upon and thumos, passion. Hence, to fix passion upon. Epithumeo vividly describes much of the mind-set which often surrounds the gambling climate. Appreciate the fact "thou shalt not covet" is mentioned in the same sentence as "thou shalt not commit adultery…kill…steal, and …bear false witness (Rom. 13: 9). Greed and avarice characterize gambling from the tossing of dice for gain in a dark alley to the multi-million dollar well lighted gambling palace.

Barkada moments that no one can replace. They have lots of room packages to chose with wether its airconditioned or 2-storey Nipa. Good for drinking sessions at night! Are you convinced yet?
Just a few meters away was the Patar White Beach. Its as gorgeous as Boracay. So to those Summer Trippers that are looking for something new, I highly recommend this Beach. It is safe and clean.
Sunset... that was really pretty.. In this picture we are more like singing "Lupang Hinirang" hehehe.. Seriously, it was the best sunset ever after a long journey and tiring day of exploring the place..

Cemaes Bay .. Tourist attraction where I live..
The beaches form a natural 180˚ and one or the other is always sheltered, except from the Northerly wind.
Probably the main asset is its safe bathing, as there are no dangerous currents with it being a bay within a bay. The seaward slope is very gentle, so that the sea is shallow for a considerable distance. The seawater is regularly tested by the County Council's Department of environmental Health and the yellow flag of merit flies with great pride from the flag post on the harbour wall. By-laws are in force to prohibit water skiing, and speeding boats close in to the shore.
Cemaes is proud to have been awarded the coveted Blue Flag in June 2004.
If your ideal holiday consists of lazing on a beach, soaking up the sun whilst reading your favourite novel, safe in the knowledge that your children can paddle in a safe, award-winning bay, then Cemaes has to be top of your list of places to consider for either a short break or your main holiday destination.
Llanbadrig Church
Local legend states that Patrick was shipwrecked on Ynys Badrig, (Patrick's Island - also known as Middle Mouse), which can be seen from the stile in the churchyard wall.
In 1812 the church was repaired and the house, Ty'n Llan, adjacent to the church was built. Further work was carried out in 1840 and 1884, when the church was fully restored as it is today. The 3rd. Lord Stanley of Alderly (Cheshire) provided funds for the extensive restoration on the condition that the new interior included elements of his own Moslem faith.
Being chased in your dreams...
Chase dreams often stem from feelings of anxiety in your walking life. The way we respond to anxiety and pressure in real life is typically manifested as a chase dream. Running is an instinctive response to physical threats in our environment. Often in these dream scenarios, you are being pursued by some attacker, who wants to hurt or possibly kill you. You are running away, hiding, or trying to outwit your pursuer. Chase dreams may represent your way of coping with fears, stress or various situations in your waking life. Instead of confronting the situation, you are running away and avoiding it.Ask yourself who is the one chasing you and you may gain some understanding and insight on the source of your fears and pressure.
The pursuer or attacker who is chasing you in your dream may also represent a part of yourself. Your own feelings of anger, jealousy, fear, and possibly love, can assume the appearance of threatening figure. You may be projecting these feelings onto the unknown chaser. Next time you have a chase dream, turn around and confront your pursuer. Ask them why they are chasing you.
One may be consumed by their own anger, jealousy, love, or self-destructive behavior. For example, you may be drinking too much or exhibiting open hostility toward others around you. You may subconsciously be threatened by these actions which have been jeopardizing your relationships and/or career. Your dreams are a way of calling attention to these self-destructive actions.
A more direct analysis of chase dreams is the fear of being attacked. Such dreams are more common among women than men, who may feel physically vulnerable in the urban environment. These dreams are inspired by fears of violence and sexual assault in which we are so over-exposed from the media. The violence that the media portrays magnifies our fears and how at risk we all are.
Why do we have Nightmares?
Characterized by vivid imagery and extreme feelings such as anxiety, fear, sadness or guilt they are powerful enough to wake you up.
Children experience frightening dreams more often than adults, especially between the ages of 3-4 and 7-8, as this is when they are dealing with separation anxiety.Bad dreams at this age show a normal struggle to cope with fears and issues and they usually involve being chased by wild animals. This is a normal stage of development for children and should be viewed as such.
In adults, about 50% report experiencing nightmares occasionally and of these, they occur more often in women than men.
There are certain factors that contribute to frightening dreams occurring in adults:1. Certain Medications and illnesses, especially fever, can cause bad dreams.2. Stress and anxiety in adults is the main reason that causes bad dreams. If there are some stressful events or huge changes in your life this can definitely lead to frightening dreams.3. Traumatic events such as deaths, serious injuries or being attacked can bring on a severe form called Post Traumatic Nightmares and these are more severe than regular bad dreams and are usually recurring dreams. Treatment can be sought for these forms of dreams as they are usually more disturbing and persistent in nature.

Cute Cat Picture
Cleo likes to sleep in our room with us, but occasionally she likes a little privacy. She goes outside about 3 to 5 times a day but wants to come back in to sleep very quickly each time. When sleeping in the bedroom, cleo sometimes gets an appetite for a late night snack or early breakfast. She lets us know this by biting our fingers to wake us up.
So Don't forget guys, her name is Cleo, the cat who spend most of the day sleeping.. hehe

Plant or Weed??
Ngek!
"Dandelions are tap-rooted biennial or perennial herbaceous plants, native to temperate areas of the Northern Hemisphere of the Old World. They are commonly known as weeds or ruderals. The genus is taxonomically very complex, with numerous macrospecies, and polyploidy is also common; over 250 species have been recorded in the British Isles alone (Richards 1972). Some botanists take a much narrower viewpoint, and only accept a total of about 60 species.
The leaves are 5-25 cm long, simple and basal, entire or lobed, forming a rosette above the central taproot. As the leaves grow outward they push down the surrounding vegetation, such as grass in a lawn, which kills other plants by cutting off their access to sunlight. A bright yellow flower head (which is open in the daytime but closes at night) is borne singly on a hollow stem (scape) which rises 4-30 cm above the leaves and exudes a milky sap (latex) when broken. A rosette may produce several flowering stems at a time. The flower head is 2-5 cm in diameter and consists entirely of ray florets. "
Interesting huh??..
